How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, so your package should reach you within 4–9 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is included with every order. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Visa. All payments are handled through a secure, encrypted checkout system.
Can I return an item if it is not right for me?
Yes. You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply email info@claranoah.com and we will guide you through the steps.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After your return is inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to complete the transfer.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment, we deliver within the United States only. Our focus is on providing the best possible service locally.
Are exchanges possible?
Absolutely. If you would like a different size or item, contact info@claranoah.com and we will help arrange an exchange.
What if my package has not arrived?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed since shipping and your order has not arrived, email us so we can investigate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, changes or cancellations may be possible. Please contact us as soon as you can after placing your order.
Is my personal information protected?
Yes. Your privacy and payment details are handled with care through secure systems. Sensitive payment information is not stored by us.
